In the tropical climate zone is very hot all year around. The daily temperatures in Cancun vary between 27 °C in January and 32 °C in July and August. The precipitations are significant all year around. The driest month is April and rainiest is October. Cancun is a real paradise and this is the most attractive destination in North America. The tropical areas of Mexico are most attractive to the tourist during the winter months.
The southern-most parts of Mexico get into the subequatorial climate zone. In Acapulco, on the Pacific coast the temperatures are steady all year around. The average daily temperatures are 31 °C in January and 33 °C in August. The precipitations are periodical. The rainy season lasts from May to November. The other six months of the year are the dry season.
The capital Mexico City is situated on an altitude of around 2000m and this make the local climate to be cooler. Despite the city gets into the tropical climate zone the conditions are nice and bearable. The daily temperatures are between 21 and 27 °C all year around, but the night temperatures are lower – around 6 °C in January and 12 °C in July. From May to October the rainfalls are significant. The other part of the year is comparatively dry. The days are coolest in January and warmest in May. The significant altitude makes the climate to be nice and easy bearable. The tropical heats are not typical for Mexico City.
The relief of Mexico is mountainous. The same mountain ranges that pass through the territory of USA and Canada, pass also ant through the territory of Mexico. The mountains are famous as Siera Madre. It consist of two ranges – eastern and western. The name of the eastern mountain range is Siera Madre Oriental and the name of the western – Siera Madre Oxidental. The highest point of Mexico is Orisaba peak – 5700m above sea level.
One of the flattest relief forms of the country is the peninsula of Yucatan in the south-east parts of Mexico. Here you can the most beautiful beaches and the most popular resort – Cancun. In this area has been flourished one of the most amazing world civilizations – the civilization of the Mayas. The legendary tiered pyramids are hit among the tourists and remain to the greatness of the Mayas. The relief as well as the animal and plant species remain to the species that can be found in the peninsula of Florida, USA. The conditions sometimes require the workers to be evacuated of the oil rigs for greater security because of the passing through the waters of the Gulf of Mexico dangerous hurricanes.

The cuisine is similar to the country – spicy and delicious. In the Mexican cuisine usually are used fairly hot spices.
To the 90-ties of the 20th century the biggest city in the world was on the territory of Mexico – that was Mexico City. Today it has population of around 22 000 000 people, but in the last years more attractive are the smaller but also fast growing cities in the country. In this reason the population of this city increases more slowly. The problems of such a huge city are not few. Today Mexico City is the second largest after Tokyo, Japan. Even knowing that it is one of the most polluted cities in the world, you can’t imagine the countless automobiles that move along the streets every day. In some parts of the capital the air is so polluted that the people can’t open the windows.
Of course this fact is valid only about the central parts of the city but not for the luxury suburbs with huge and sophisticated villas of the well-off citizens. On the other hand Mexico City is very attractive for business and investment. The modern glass skyscrapers are home to offices of some of the biggest companies in the world. The city is center of the Mexican film industry and world capital of the soap operas. Except Mexico City other big and significant economic centers of Mexico are Veracruz, Monterey, Guadalajara, Acapulco, Tampico, Puebla, Merida, Cancun and so on.
